At Takenoan, we care about food safety and only use quality ingredients.

We source fish from Tsukiji Fish Market in Tokyo or directly from producing areas with origin information. We only use inspected Wagyu Japanese Beef, highest-grade Iberico Pork or Japanese name-brand pork, and fresh Koshu Red Chicken or other name-brand chicken produced within Japan. We mainly use vegetables that have been specially cultivated or are organic.

We offer you dishes hand-prepared by our chef and exceptional sake.
