In addition to soba prepared with great care day in and day out, we have delicious course dishes in which our chefs display their skills in cooking, using carefully selected ingredients. You can, also, enjoy uncompromisingly selected Tsugaru duck with sobayu.
Tsugaru duck from Aomori is used.
The duck meat we use is “Tsugaru duck,” produced in Aomori. It contains little subcutaneous fat, so it is easy to eat. You can enjoy its rich and thick flavor, accompanied by a delicate aroma and taste.
