Grilled Duck with Edo Miso 1,300 JPY
鴨の江戸味噌焼き“Edo miso” is a sweet miso which was loved by ordinary people in Edo (old Tokyo) during the Edo era, but fell into disuse during the wars. We have revived this rare miso. We sear “Tsugaru duck” that has been pickled in this miso for a relatively long period. The moist sweetness and rich taste, unique to Edo miso, permeats the ingredients, making this dish a special delicacy, with an urbane flavor unique to Miyashita.
