The building site of the flagship restaurant is designated an important cultural property.
The flagship restaurant of long-standing Kushiage Hantei is located in a three-story wooden building with a long history in Nezu. The ambience of Edo in all Hantei restaurants has its root in that old building.
A symbolic view of Marunouchi
We are located on the fifth floor of Shin Marunouchi Building (Marubiru), a new tourist attraction. Surrounded by glass, customers can enjoy the view of the old-fashioned, red-brick Tokyo Station building. The view at night is especially romantic.
Specially blended oil maximises the flavours of the ingredients.
The cooking oil used at Hantei is originally and creatively blended. It enhances the delicate flavours of the ingredients and deep-fries light and crispy.
