たまとろサラミThis salami is processed in the German-style by “Henjin-Mokko,” a Sado-based company that has won various prizes in Europe, the home of salami. It is Japan’s first “raw pork salami” which is neither heated nor smoked and the most popular menu item at Da-cha.

おにぎりThese onigiri are made of Koshihikari rice produced on Sado. Choose from three kinds of seasonings―shiomusubi (salt only), pickled plum stuffing, or bonito flakes mixed with soy sauce stuffing.
