A pub where you can savor a wide variety of Sado’s local seafood and sake

Sado Island, the only place left in Japan inhabited by Japan’s natural treasure: “toki” (the crested ibis), is also known for its abundant marine products, as well as, its high-quality rice and Japanese sake cultivated and distilled with pristine water. The master chef of Da-cha is a native of Sado, and provides both traditional islander soul food dishes made exclusively with Sado foodstuffs, and extremely rare local sake that is hard to find, even on Sado. Thanks to the master chef’s scrupulousness, Da-cha is a restaurant where you can have an authentic Sado experience, without leaving Tokyo.
