This chicken dish lunch by "Toridashi-Oden" contains a deep-fried, minced chicken cutlet patty, very juicy and tasty. All lunches are served with dashi soup made with Japanese radish and onions.

Versailles Eggs are brand-name eggs from Saga. The yolk is elastic and tasty when served soft-boiled-style in a cup of oden soup stock.

Chikuwa is a standard ingredient of oden. It is made of white fish meat, shaped into a bamboo-like form and then grilled. Enjoy the nice texture and juicy taste.

Another standard oden ingredient, hanpen is a boiled mixture of white fish meat, yam and egg whites. It has a juicy, fluffy texture.

Shirataki (konnyaku cut into fine threads) 290 JPY白滝
