Order one by one, or let the chef select for you the best ones of that day. Rice dishes made with "dashi" soup are also popular.

ヴェルサイユな卵Versailles Eggs are brand-name eggs from Saga. The yolk is elastic and tasty when served soft-boiled-style in a cup of oden soup stock.

はんぺんAnother standard oden ingredient, hanpen is a boiled mixture of white fish meat, yam and egg whites. It has a juicy, fluffy texture.

Shirataki (konnyaku cut into fine threads) 290 JPY
