Itaru Junmai-ginjo 180ml 920 JPY / 90ml 490 JPY
至 純米吟醸
This is a luxurious sake made from the brand-name rice: Yamadanishiki, which is cultivated for sake making. 55% of Yamadanishiki rice is milled away, and yet the good thing about this sake is its high cost performance. It also has a gentle fragrance, elegant sweetness and firm, crispy aftertaste.
This is a limited sake, specially ordered by the restaurant chain, NOBU, (which originated in Japan and charms large numbers of celebrities around the world). It has a rich aroma unique to daiginjo (a top-quality sake brewed from rice grains milled down to 50% or less of their weight) as well as, a sensitive flavor and a light aftertaste.
Manotsuru Daiginjo 180ml 1,780 JPY / 90ml 940 JPY
真野鶴 大吟醸
This sake has a light flavor and a refreshing fragrance reminiscent of apples. We recommend it to ladies and people who do not like Japanese sake very much. It is a representative brand of Manotsuru, selected as one of the drink options for AIRFRANCE flights, as well as, in first and business classes on Vietnam Airlines flights.
