和尚(おしょう)さん巻A sushi roll of lightly grilled conger eel and our very own homemade pickled radish. Enjoy the exquisite balance of this monastic dish. Eat "as is," or try pouring green tea over it.

藤巻14 kinds of ingredients are arranged and rolled in 3 sheets of raw seaweed. Nearly 12 cm in diameter and 1 kg in weight―this extra big roll is cut into 7 pieces. We used to provide this to special guests only. You’ll be amazed to look at it, moved to eat it, and greatly satisfied after consuming it!
