We serve thirty kinds of kushiage every day. Among our fresh vegetables are rare vegetables such as “orange-colored cauliflower” and “orange-colored Chinese cabbage,”―foodstuffs pleasing to both the eye and the palate.

We have blended five kinds of oils―“soybean oil,” “rapeseed oil,” “cottonseed,” “lard” and “sesame.”
Study after study with our grand master has resulted in the creation of the ideal oil. Please enjoy kushiage fried in our homemade blend.

Our unheated sauce is made thick by the selection of ingredients. We use sauce produced by the oldest sauce maker in Tokyo.

We are in pursuit of the most suitable food texture.

Because we make much of the food texture, we use breadcrumbs coarser than ordinary breadcrumbs.
Light sugar content makes the color of our kushiage different from that of ordinary ones.
