Hot pots are prepared by staff at the table.
Our staff member will prepare the hot pot for you at your table. The server will cook chicken balls first, and once the broth reaches a boil, the meat will be served. Next, vegetables are placed into the broth. When the vegetables become tender, please take them out from the pot and dip them into the ponzu sauce, to eat with red yuzu citrus pepper and green onions as you please.
