We are scrupulous about A5-ranked Yamagata beef.
We have sampled all kinds of beef from across Japan and reached the conclusion that Yamagata beef is the best. We lay in A5-ranked beef because it does not contain too much fat. All the beef has been aged for one month or more before purchasing. In the special showcase at our shop, you can see the meat to be used for the day. You can choose sirloin or fillet, according to your mood.
We are scrupulous about hospitality!
Five years ago we made our restaurant barrier-free. We have a restroom which is both wheelchair and ostomate-friendly. With advance notice, we can prepare meals for people with food allergies, as well as, create Japanese dishes arranged specially for vegetarians. If you are looking for a restroom in the vicinity of Ginza, feel free to use ours.
We are scrupulous about fresh seafood, too!
We purchase most of our fish and shellfish at Tsukiji every day. Some seafood arrives directly from Hokkaido. We take live abalones, prawns and others from our fish tank right before preparing them, and cook them while they are distinctively fresh.
