Scrupulous selection of sake
About ten brand-name wines of the day are delivered from our sister restaurant in Ginza 8-chome, which always has an array of 250-kinds of Japanese sake. An expert sake sommelier is in charge of purchase and storage.
We serve cold sake in tin cups. Tin cups make the mouthfeel more mellow and keep the temperature, and sake tastes even more delicious. Request in advance, and we will prepare sake produced in sake breweries in Hokuriku and Niigata, especially for you.
