てこね寿司(桜鉄火丼)This originates from a rice bowl dish with soy-marinated red-fleshed fish such as tuna, which is a local specialty in Mie Prefecture. At Kakekomi Gyoza, we were inspired by hikeshi (firemen in the Edo Period) to make this dish an energizing rice bowl with soy-marinated horse sashimi.
