Junmai-shu 【Top Suirai】 Genshu (left) 560 JPY
“Genshu” is unprocessed sake to which no water has been added. It has a high alcohol content, so you can enjoy the thick taste. Sake connoisseurs enjoy this sake, drinking water between glasses, as a palate refresher.
Junmai-ginjo 【Inatahime】 Genshu (right) 560 JPY
This junmai-ginjoshu is popular here. When you drink it as is, you can taste the powerful, excellent flavor lurking in the fragrance.
Chotokusen-daiginjo 【Inatahime】 Shizukudori Glass 1,420 JPY / Bottle 9,000 JPY
Instead of artificial squeezing, this choice sake is a simple collection of drips that have trickled down naturally. It has a delicate flavor, free from excessive, unwanted tastes, so we recommend it as an aperitif.

Junmaishu 【Top Suirai】 420 JPY
In 1907, Mr. Heihachiro Togo, who visited the Sanin district along with the Emperor Taisho, named this sake “Suirai.” In 1931, this sake was developed as the first sake intended to be drunk “chilled,” and was later renamed “Top Suirai.”
Honjozo-ookarakuchi【Houki no Inadama】 380 JPY
“Houki” was the name of a province that used to be in the Sanin district of old. “Inadama” means lightening. It is the driest sake in our Brewery.
Honjozo 【Inatahime】 360 JPY
This sake has an elegant taste and aroma. It is extremely well-balanced and fit for drinking either warmed or not. When chilled, you can enjoy its clear taste.

Ryokan-junmai 【Inatahime】 Large sake bottle 940 JPY / Small sake bottle 520 JPY

Honjozo 【Inatahime】 Large sake bottle 880 JPY / Small sake bottle 480 JPY
An exceptionally well-balanced sake with a good taste and aroma. Suitable for drinking either unwarmed or warmed, but when warmed, it becomes fuller in taste.
Our House Fruit Liquor
Junmai Umeshu 【Hyakka no Sakigake】 650 JPY
This umeshu was named “Hyakka no Sakigake” because ume blossoms come out ahead of “hyakka” (all sorts of flowers). Because it is made with pure rice sake, you can enjoy an elegant taste along with your meal. (Many kinds of umeshu are made with shochu instead of sake.)
Nijisseiki Pear Liqueur 【NASHI LIQUEUR】 650 JPY
A liqueur made from Nijisseiki (20th Century) Pears, Tottori’s specialty. We recommend drinking it with soda.
