Blowfish Restaurant wanofu is a new type of restaurant that gives you a unique experience specific to current trends in dining. The delicious Kaiseki cuisine and our attention to the little things retain an atmosphere of the good old days, a characteristic of wanofu’s predecessor “Tsuwabuki.” Adding novel ideas to these small hospitalities, we have created “Casual and Pleasant Kaiseki Multicourse Dishes” dining.

以宫崎为中心的乡土料理。

昭和9年在九州宫崎创建的“万作”总店已有80年的历史。从古至今宫崎人就喜欢吃土鸡。备有大量使用当地・宫崎食材烹制而成的料理。也是最早用热铁板给客人上现在已名扬日本全国的乡土料理“炭火烤”这道菜的。在现在需要排长队等候的万作东京分店中,本店是最早进军东京的分店。与总店一样特色为使用宫崎食材以及九州乡土料理。是少数能在东京享用正宗宫崎味道的餐厅之一。请慢慢品尝。
