Japanese Izakaya Pub where you can taste “Inatahime,” Japanese sake brewed at The Brewery, established in Tottori in 1673.

A restaurant managed by the traditional Sake Brewery in Tottori, which was established in 1673 and has won gold prizes at sake contests around Japan. Japanese dishes (sushi, tempura and others) prepared by the chefs using fresh fish and vegetables direct from producing areas, and local sake fresh from the Brewery, are both popular. We always have more than 11 kinds of local sake on hand, including seasonally limited brands. A staff member qualified as a master of sake selects our liquor, making use of his abundant knowledge.
For those who would like to experience a Japanese ceremony, we have miniature sets for “Kagami-biraki,” which is the tradition of opening a sake barrel by hitting it with small mallets and is often performed at special, festive occasions like wedding receptions.
