Directly managed by The Brewery, we have seafood and Japanese sake. You can, also, taste two kinds of soba.

Inataya is under direct management of the traditional Sake Brewery in Tottori which was established in 1673 and has won gold prizes at sake contests around Japan. “Today’s Recommended Dishes” of fresh fish sent directly from the Sanin district, and local sake sent directly from the Brewery, are popular. We always have about 10 kinds of local sake, including seasonally limited brands. We’re particular about our soba, and you have the choice of thin or thick noodles. Japanese buckwheat noodles are ideal for lunches or for wrapping up an enjoyable night.
