STORE INTRODUCTION
About the interior
The interior is floored entirely with tatami mats and all the seats are in sunken-kotatsu style. You can feel Japanese culture in an atmosphere filled with the Japanese spirit of harmony.
About the counter
From the counter seats you can see the chefs cooking in the open kitchen. You can see the flames rising and fully enjoy a sense of presence!
We’re particular about our foodstuffs.
We offer various cuts of chicken and pork. We mainly use breeding chicken from Saga, Kyushu and Versailles Eggs, Saga’s brand-name eggs, too.
Yakitori Akira-style
We don’t serve grilled chicken on skewers, which is the common style, but, instead, ask our customers to grill for themselves on a shirichin portable cooking stove.
Japanese sake is available.
We have a rich assortment of shochu and Japanese sake!
