We use free-range chicken produced in Saga Prefecture, and we make much of its chewy texture. We use eggs fresh from Versailles Farm.
Interior
Every year during the cherry blossom season, double cherry blossoms come out gloriously and are very beautiful.
The interior is like the Riverside Summer Terrace of Kyoto, and you can enjoy your dinner while experiencing the Japanese spirit of harmony.
