What is "doro" sauce?
This sauce originates from Kansai, and has a tangy, unique flavor. A good match for okonomiyaki! Please note, doro sauce can not be ordered as an addition, so let a staff member know if this is your choice of sauce when you order.
(Also note that we do not add mayonnaise to okonomiyaki with doro sauce.)
What is yakisoba?
Thick noodles boiled upon taking your order, then stir-fried. Please try the texture unique to Bochibochi.
A note about Okonomiyaki
All okonomiyaki are served with mayonnaise sauce on top. Please let your server know if you do not want it.
