This restaurant specializes in yakisoba (fried noodles) which you can enjoy, dipping it into the broth. Beef tendon, simmered until it's pulpy, carefully fried onions and freshly boiled noodles are mixed with one of three sauces, which you can choose. Eat this yakisoba by dipping it into our homemade broth. You can order various toppings and kaedama (noodle refill), too. At dinner time, besides yakisoba, we also offer an à-la-carte menu, teppanyaki dishes (ingredients grilled on an iron plate) and many others that go well with alcoholic drinks.
All the seats in the restaurant are at the counter, so you can enjoy a sense of presence, watching our chefs grill the food right before your eyes.
