The warmth of solid wood
The tables are made of zelkova.
Soy sauce barrels are used for parts of the tables and chairs to make the atmosphere reposeful.

The best feature about Hibiya Store
“Wooden pipes” that used to be used for supplying water to Edo Castle (the Imperial Palace) in the Edo era are used as decorations.
The signboard at the entrance, the large picture frame, and the shelves on which old curiosities like sobachoko [small bowls for dipping sauce for buckwheat noodles] are placed are all made of these “wooden pipes once used to supply water. ”
