Under the theme of Japanese food, a new type of restaurant that sends out cultural information on “Learning, Tasting and Knowing,” was born.
Nihonbashi, a town with history and distinctive character.
Hounen Manpuku is a new type of restaurant that sends out cultural information and, besides wining and dining, engages in product sales, lectures and exhibitions, so that many people can learn about flavors and skills hidden all over Japan.
Our traditional wood-based interior with an ukiyo-e picture on the wall, plus impressive lighting, like that from a Japanese lampstand, provides a relaxing, restful and tasteful space.
Please enjoy getting to know Japanese food culture, the four seasons and foodstuffs.
